Shipping and returns.

Cash on Delivery

All orders are currently Cash on Delivery. We call or message you to confirm the order before it is dispatched. Please keep the exact amount ready for the courier. Orders that cannot be confirmed within 48 hours are cancelled.

Shipping

  • Confirmed orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.
  • Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days depending on your PIN code.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you place the order.
  • You can follow your order at any time on the Track your order page.

Exchanges and returns

  • You can request a size exchange or return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with their original tags and packaging.
  • Custom teamwear, and items printed with names or numbers, are made to order and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
  • If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund you.

Refunds

Refunds for returned Cash on Delivery orders are sent by bank transfer or UPI within 5 to 7 working days of the item reaching us and passing a quality check.
